This translation is provided for information. The French version prevails.

Making a complaint

A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction with Zolias. Making a complaint is not charged, and it may be sent:

  • by email: contact@zolias-conseil.com, subject “Complaint”;
  • by post: Zolias, Complaints Department, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France.

Please state your name and contact details and the subject of your complaint, and enclose any relevant documents.

Our response times

  • 10 working days maximum to acknowledge receipt of your complaint, unless you receive a response within that period;
  • 2 months maximum between receipt of your complaint and our response being sent, save in special circumstances of which we would inform you.

These time limits are those set by AMF instruction DOC-2012-07 on complaint handling and by the ACPR recommendation on complaint handling.

Mediation

If you are not satisfied with the response, or if you have not received a response within two months, you may refer the matter, at no cost, to the competent ombudsman, within one year of your written complaint to Zolias.
