Two ways to work with Zolias.

Zolias Associés

Your own firm within the group

  • Your companyYou set up your own SAS or SARL and you run it. This is neither an employment contract nor salaried employment.
  • A split at sourceZolias holds 20% of your company’s share capital. Commissions are split at source through insurer sub-codes (codes that allow an insurer to pay commissions directly to your company): 80% goes to your company, 20% to Zolias.
  • Tools and complianceThe Zolias CRM and a dedicated portal for each of your clients, at no extra cost. Compliance support, legal monitoring and administration handled by the group.

Zolias Flex

Zolias expertise, in an app

  • Your link or your codeYour client scans your code or opens your link and enters their own details. Nothing is passed to Zolias without their confirmation.
  • Tracking in the appEvery stage of the case appears in the app. You remain your client’s contact for everything else.
  • An equal split50% of the commission received by Zolias on each completed case, under your introducer agreement, with a monthly statement in the app.

No level of income is guaranteed: remuneration depends on each person’s activity and on the terms of the shareholders’ agreement or the partnership agreement.

Zolias is a Financial Investment Adviser (CIF) registered with ORIAS under no. 25008994, member of CNCEF Patrimoine (no. 25/862205), and is also registered with ORIAS (orias.fr) as an insurance broker (COA) and an agent of an insurance intermediary (MIA). Supervisory authorities: AMF and ACPR.
